Board Game Madness
Your challenge, for the next 2 weeks, is to design and create a board game based on your current inquiry theme in your class. Matai and Rimu’s theme is Solar System, Totara’s theme is Spiders, Nikau and Kowhai’s theme is Insects. You may need to play and research some board games to get your creative juices flowing.
Your game must be sturdy enough to be able to be played by your class (e.g. use card or laminate if you can) as we will be having a games afternoon on Monday of Week 9 (the home learning due date).
There are some things you must have:
- A name for your game
- Instructions
- Game equipment (cards, dice, board, counters etc)
- A bag or container to store your game in
